Ashwagandha, Gokshur seeds, Shatavari, Kaunch seeds, Vanshlochan, Chopchini, Kababchini, Beejband, Safed Musli, Kali Musli, Sonth, Black pepper, Peepal, Salam Mishri, Gatta, Vidarikand. (For sugarfree version, we use Stevia instead of Salam Mishri.)
Dosage
3 grams or half teaspoon twice a day with warm milk/water (preferably milk). To achieve the best results, use it along with iRed oil & light exercise or brisk walk for 40 minutes is recommended on a daily basis.
